Registration fee for the Raleigh program which includes individual coaching sessions: $5,995. For registrations received before October 10, 2011 the fee is $5,495. There are special rates for organizations that register 2 or more participants.

Fee will be refunded less a $50.00 processing charge if your cancellation is received by 5:00 P.M. November 5. No refunds will be made after this date but you may send a substitute at no additional cost if the substitute's name is given to NC State by November 10.

Diane Bing

Diana Bing recently retired from IBM. Her last position at IBM was Corporate Director, Enterprise Learning. In that position, she designed and introduced career, professional and technical development for IBM's worldwide employee population. Her programs and initiatives won numerous awards from prestigious organizations such as ASTD, Brandon Hall and SHRM.

Ms. Bing’s career with IBM encompassed extensive worldwide managerial and executive experience in sales, marketing, coaching and service delivery. Her positions at the company included : Director of Industry Marketing/Communications; Director of Retail Solutions/Applications Solutions, responsible for developing product portfolio strategy for the retail industry; Executive Assistant to the GM and Corporate VP of the Application Solutions Division; Branch Manager of a Manufacturing and Distribution Branch Office; and a Regional Manager for Product Marketing Programs.

Ms. Bing received her Master of Arts in Psychology and Counseling degree, as well as a Master in Education degree, from Columbia University, NY. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and co-author of Intelligent Mentoring: How IBM Creates Value through People, Knowledge and Relationships. and Agile Career Development: Lessons and Approaches from IBM.

Carol Brainard, MBA

Diane H. Craver, BA, MA

Diane is the founder and president of Spring Forward Group LLC, specializing in coaching, consulting, and development. As an executive coach and career strategist, she brings more than twenty years of business experience to her work with leaders and organizations. Throughout Diane's career, her roles included management with P&L responsibility, human resources, professional and technical recruitment, and business development.

Diane has coached executives in the industries of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, retail, technology, and manufacturing as well as NGO/non-profit and government. Joseph Diab, J.D., LL.M. PCC

Joe is a certified mediator and executive coach who for many years as a corporate attorney has worked with professionals, business owners and executives in Fortune 500 companies to resolve disputes and develop strategies for growth and change. As a coach, he provides regular, individual consultation to senior management executives for companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Verizon Communications, and Nortel Networks on issues related to business strategy, personal effectiveness, conflict management, negotiation and communication skills. He has worked as the Director of Coaching Programs for a national coaching company supervising and coordinating the work of 15 professional coaches on business initiatives in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America and Europe. Cindy Domanowski

Cindy Domanowski has a passion for success and utilizes her 30 years of successful sales, leadership and adult learning experience to help her clients propel sales growth to new levels. Cindy's area of expertise is coaching and consulting in B2B sales organizations with specific focus on hiring, messaging and leadership development. Cindy landed in the world of coaching after earning her Business Coaching Certificate from UNC Charlotte. Sackeena Gordon-Jones, BS, PCC

Sackeena is the program manager for the internal Executive & Management Coaching Initiative at SAS. As program manager she develops oversees the process from enrollment to evaluation, and provides the orientation to Coaching for each executive and manager that participates. Sackeena is also a practitioner and provides executive coaching, leadership development and strategic planning consulting services to a broad range of clients. Her work with clients, often lead to engagements with their teams, particularly to build development plans aligned with strategic business priorities.

Sackeena earned her Business Coaching certification through BCI and is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Sackeena is a member of several coaching organizations: Coachville, International Association of Coaches, International Coaching Federation and its local RTP Chapter.

Dan, the President and founder of Win With People, Inc. has over 20 years experience helping individuals, groups, and organizations work at their best. Fay Krapf, M.S.

Fay's career has spanned 20 years in coaching, training, and business. She brings over 10 years of experience in internal career development; over 7 years of career management and career transitions coaching; and 15 years managing her own business. Fay has been an internal consultant with a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, director of organization development for a utility, and owner of a pottery manufacturing business and craft gallery. Christine Martin MA, MBA, MCC

Christine is an executive and leadership coach who has worked primarily in NASA under contract with 4-D Systems since 2003.
